If materials are needed, he picks them up at cost and adds the receipt with no markup.

The price on your quote is the price on your invoice.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

If anything Joe repaired, installed, or built fails within 30 days he comes back and fixes it at no charge.

No questions asked.

The guarantee covers workmanship, not pre-existing conditions or client-caused damage.

What if my job is bigger than expected?

Accepted Answer

Nothing gets added to your invoice without you saying yes first.

For larger jobs Joe does a free walkthrough first and quotes the full scope in writing before anything starts.

If you are in a One-Visit Fix and want a second small task handled in the same visit, Joe can add The One More Thing for $75 - quoted before he starts it.

If you are in a Honey-Do Session and want to keep going past the 3 hours, you can add Keep It Going at $150 per hour.

Both are your call, not Joe's.

Do I need to be home during the work?

It depends on the job.

For most repairs and installs, Joe can work without you there as long as he has access. He texts you photos and video of the finished work either way.

Most jobs are scheduled within 48 hours of booking.

Emergency lock and door service is available the same day.
